The Adaptive Sports and Adventure Program (ASAP) was created to address the functional and therapeutic needs of Carolinas Rehabilitation's (CR) in/outpatients through sports, recreation and outdoor adventures.  The program allows physically challenged youth and adults to develop their skills related to leisure while enhancing an active and productive lifestyle, one without barriers and limits.

Our purpose as a club is to represent all runners and triatheletes, all abilities and all interests in the sport, and fitness in general.  We hold monthly informal dinner meetings, have several get-togethers and excursions to out-of-town races and publish and deliver to our members the newsletter, running shorts.  Come join us!
